Prince George's County firefighters were called to the fire in the early afternoon hours of Wednesday, April 12.
The townhouse, located in the 4000 block of Eager Terrace, had visible flames through the upper levels of the residence.
An entire section of the townhouse appeared to be charred as the fire moved across the home.
Firefighters were able to get the fire under control within a few hours of the call. No injuries were reported in the incident.
The cause of the fire and total damages are currently unclear.
